My senior management coaching sessions provide you with a place to reflect on your work and personality: You can take apart your management culture, receive precise feedback and compare your perception of yourself with others’ perceptions of you. We will look at themes such as:

  • central values and your own management culture
  • development of prospects for the next 10 to 20 years
  • reflection of the dynamics in the team, in management or board meetings
